  1. You cannot eat candies or chocolates

  2. If you eat too much sugar, you will get diabetes

Regular exercise, less video game and television and less junk food are good habits.

  10. Fruit is healthy so you can eat it
    Fruit is actually a healthy and fresh food and contains lots of fibers, vitamins, and minerals.
